This is about the finance department, I bought a car there on 03/21/26 charged me for an extended warranty that I said I didn’t want. Now the finance manager will not return my calls (Ryan). I spoke to someone else and they are telling me it could take up to two months before that comes off my loan for something I didn’t want.

Fraudulent Swindlers, no really. ZERO STARS. BEWARE-i was given an old inspection sticker for another customer, I only caught this as there was no inspection done for my plate (despite charging me and lying about it). PREVIOUSLY SOLD AND DAMAGED WAS NEVER DISCLOSED. HEED THE MANY REVIEWS ON GOOGLE ABOUT THEM LYING AND FORGING DOCUMENTS… I feel obligated to warn people. For 2-months I have been trying to get it to work correctly even though it worked on my 2022 Rav 4 using the same phone.
