I have previously had good experiences with Toyota Woburn. However, I recently had an experience that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I took my car in for a few immediate services. It was recommended to me to eventually get new tires put in. I was made aware, but opted not to do this immediately. I came to pick up my car today and was told it was all set. This was not the case, and came to find my car not drivable with a flat tire. I will say I was given conflicting information from the sales person I dealt with, Sal and another employee. The other employee made it sound like they wouldn’t have time to properly patch it up before closing time. Sal said this was not the case but I was afraid i would be left with a rushed job just so I can get the car. They patched it up for free because “somehow the screw got in there”. Obviously I didn’t come in with a flat tire. I understand that they made me aware that my tires eventually need to be replaced and the patch up job is temporary, my fear is that the patch job, that was required due to their mistake, was rushed and now I’ll have to get tires replaced even sooner. I’m not an expert by any means, however I did not appreciate how apathetic Sal was and made me feel like all my questions and concerns were invalid. Even if I’m totally in the wrong, that’s not the experience I’m looking for. All of the other available sales reps were friendly and checked in as opposed to Sal who seemed to take extra long with his customers than others with little sense of urgency or client service. I understand the other employee I spoke with, who mentioned they might not be able to patch it properly, perhaps wasn’t right. However, I appreciate that he was kind and understanding and assured it would get taken care of. Sals response to this experience was flat and along the lines of “well you came in here with bad tires and somehow screws can get in there” not at all acknowledging the fact I came in with no flat tires and came out with a flat tire that had to be patched up. Ultimately it was able to be patched up in a timely manner, I just would’ve appreciated a little more understanding and better customer service.

I had a great experience with Edison! Went to a dealer in Danvers and couldn’t have been treated any worse! Edison took care of us as you would expect. Polite, honest and straightforward purchase! Highly recommend! Game Changer for sure!

Outstanding Customer Service -- Jason and Matt Went Above and Beyond! I want to give a very special thank you to Jason and Matt in the Parts Department at Woburn Toyota for providing truly outstanding customer service. After responding to a message from Woburn Toyota yesterday regarding a previous issue with my order, I spoke with Jason. He listened to my concerns and immediately went to work to make things right. He told me that he would have the part I desperately needed brought in from their Boston warehouse. True to his word, first thing this morning I received a call from Jason with the wonderful news -- he had the part in his hands and I could order it! Matt then went the extra mile to make the process as convenient as possible for me. He put the part number back into Woburn Toyota's online ordering system so I could easily place the order myself. I was also able to add the clips and top molding I needed to my cart. What made this even more incredible is that I had been searching everywhere for this particular part for my 2004 Toyota RAV4. These parts have become extremely difficult to find, and thanks to Jason and Matt, I was able to purchase what appears to be the one and only one I could locate anywhere in the United States! Best of all, Woburn Toyota had everything I needed in one place. After all the searching, phone calls, canceled orders, and frustration I had gone through trying to find these hard-to-find parts, being able to get everything from one Parts Department was such a relief. I initially went to Woburn Toyota because they had the vehicle I was looking for, but ended up stumbling into a great situation — Woburn Toyota provided about as frictionless of a car-buying experience as I could have asked for. In an industry where nickel-and-diming and high-pressure sales tactics can be common, Woburn Toyota took a different approach. I made an appointment for 9am to see a truck with the understanding I just needed to see it to pull the trigger and buy the filling week once I had the cash. The sales rep met me at 9 tried to jack the price up $5k then refused to hold the truck. Told me to just put $15k on my credit card instead. I walked after 9min. This is basically because of the no-pressure vibe of the place and the help I received from my salesperson, Sage D'Entremont. I met with him three times start to finish. He sat with me for hours each time answering all my questions. He made sure I understood everything about my new car and was very patient, knowledgeable and good-natured. At the time of purchase, I was given my paperwork on a thumb drive that I was unable to open. I requested that the full deal file be sent to me via email so I could properly review my documents. That request was ignored. It has now been over a week, and I received no usable paperwork, no confirmation of cancellation, and no follow-up despite multiple emails and voicemails to the finance department, including Viviani Floes. I also called and left a message for the General Manager and received no response. At that point, I had no choice but to handle the cancellation myself directly through Toyota Financial Services. This is not a misunderstanding or a delay. Toyota Financial Services confirmed the process and even contacted the dealership on my behalf. Despite that, there was still no response or action from anyone at the dealership. At this point, the issue is not processing time. The issue is a complete lack of communication, failure to provide accessible documentation, and failure to act even after escalation. As a customer, you should not have to: Receive documents in a format you cannot access Chase basic paperwork for over a week Involve Toyota Financial just to get a response Contact dealership management and be ignored Handle cancellations yourself because the dealership will not respond I have now been forced to file a formal complaint and pursue additional action simply to get something that should have been handled immediately. If you are considering doing business here, make sure you receive all documents in a usable format before you leave and do not rely on follow-up after the sale.

Fraudulent Swindlers, no really. ZERO STARS. BEWARE-i was given an old inspection sticker for another customer, I only caught this as there was no inspection done for my plate (despite charging me and lying about it). Went to do 20k service at dealership near my home with 20,800 miles. Turns out its been done back in December 2024 with 21k miles on it! And somehow skipped 15k service! Called Woburn Service, left a message with the manager with no call back. Okay, fine. It was Saturday maybe they're really busy. Monday rolls around no word. I used the chat service, and immediately got a text. Somehow assumed I had a 5:30pm service?? Texted again a few hours later for status update. Generic reply of "we'll get back to you." One hr before closing, I texted again and reiterated the situation. Person on receiving end thank me for providing details. Did you not read the original message when I used the chat service?? Absolutely annoyed that I am robbed of 20k service and still waiting on what the dealership is going to do to rectify this. EDIT 31JUL25: still not resolved with the same generic response every time I ask for updates. I'm escalating this Toyota Corporate. I'm not even going to mention the run around I had back in June in regards to complaints about the brakes being unnecessarily noisy but telling me that it was new brakes so it needed to broken in. Even after 2k miles on when it should've been embedded in the first place.

On 1/8/2025, Matt Arsenault of Woburn Toyota service helped me get the CARPLAY working on my new 2025Toyota RAV 4. It has been a week since the service and i have not been called back. additionally i will be heading back to get my car rechecked. my next use of my car following my service resulted in several failed starts. Edit: lowering my rating from two to one star. i’ve read a couple other reviews stating how Sadik sales rep used their phone to post fake five star reviews. after seeing those, i started noticing more questionable “sadik is awesome” and “sadik was professional” one sentence reviews. also seems to be a good amount for Maged. I live in the Chicago area and I placed a deposit on a used 2017 F150 on Saturday 12/21/24 with a salesman DJ Abba. I gave my credit card information to secure the truck at approxumately 11am. I was told by salesman DJ Abba that his manager Kusch would be contacting me and let me know what else I needed. I was planning on flying out to Boston on 1/4/25. I never heardback from the manager, left a voicemail that was never returned on 12/21. I had check flights to Boston on 12/21, and they were 99 bucks. I sent an email to Kusch. Well Sunday they were closed, Monday I called but didnt get through to anyone, no email response. I checked flights and saw they were now $123. I purchased a ticket for 1/4/25. I sent an email to Kusch and several managers at the dealership and finally got a call back on tuesday 12/24 from a Sergio, I missed the call and left him back a message. I checked my credit card wasnt charged for deposit. On 12/26 Sergio proceeded to inform me that the truck I had secured had been sold on Saturday night. Now I asked if someone is going to reimburse me for the non refundable plane ticket and I was told he would call me back. Never heard back. I would suggest not doing business with this dealership. They do not honor their deals, nor do they make things right with customers.

Turned out that the car needed $2000 worth of work and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks. He then asked too many details about my car. I felt humiliated and thought maybe because I was from a different race. Made an appointment to go to the dealer that evening. When I arrived I was greeted and gave my name. The salesperson printed out my inquiry and took me to his desk. When he was looking it up on the computer he asked me if it was the red one, I said no, the blue. I could tell something was up. I told the salesperson I was going to be very upset if the car wasn't there. He left to go talk to his manager I believe and came back and said unfortunately the car wasn't there. I immediately stood up and told them I was leaving since they've wasted my time. I had checked if the car was available, I left work early, only to be told they had moved the car to a different dealer. To me it was a bait and switch. The price was great on the car I had selected, and of course it's not there and they want to sell me something else. Not having it. This is the 2nd dealership that has done this to me in 4 days. Had an appointment to have transmission pan dropped, filter replaced, and ATF refilled. Once I arrived I had to wait 2.5 hours for a quote that this would be a 3 hour job! Here's the best part, I was providing all the Toyota transmission fluid, transmission filter, gaskets, plugs, and even replacement screws for the transmission pan. The shop wanted over $540 for just the labor! After baulking at the ridiculous quote, the service advisor reduced the quote to a 2.5 hour job ($450), which was still way to high. Toyota knows this too and shows that this is actually 1.4 hour job. I would encourage other people to look elsewhere to have your Toyota serviced to avoid being ripped off by Woburn Toyota's Service department.

I came into this dealer and told the salesperson explicitly that I was only looking to do a test drive on a Prius Prime XSE, and that I did not want to buy that day. I came into this dealer and told the salesperson explicitly that I was only looking to do a test drive on a Prius Prime XSE, and that I did not want to buy that day. Unfortunately, I got nothing but pressure to buy that day (it was the last day of the month and they wanted the sale). Even after I reminded the salesperson I didn't want to buy, he asked me to wait for him at his desk while he returned the car to the garage, disappeared for a while, and then came back with a lease offer. I luckily walked away in the end, but a few things I experienced (whether it's because it's how this branch treats women or just how they treat everyone, I don't know): 1) They showed me a car they told me was a Prius Prime XSE but was really a Prius Prime XSE Premium and highlighted features that I've since learned aren't even available on the XSE model (such as the digital rearview mirror and ventilated seats) -- I didn't get far enough in a sale to know what would have happened had I bought it, but worth mentioning here. The printout they gave me said it was an XSE, but I do wonder if they have switched the price on me in the end saying it was a Premium? 2) They pulled some rather obvious tricks to manipulate the pricing, saying that they "couldn't believe they were offering me such a good discount," yet at first, showing me only a paper with literally "36 month lease - $547 / month" and no cost breakdown. When I asked for a breakdown, they showed a $500 discount on the car, but suddenly, an $899 charge for a paint warranty had appeared, which they said was mandatory (it's not - confirmed by other dealers) and some other costs that I couldn't quite pin down. They also came back acting like they'd done me a huge favor by lowering the monthly leasing cost, but when I pushed them to clarify, they explained that they'd adjusted the interest rate to reflect my actual credit score (meaning, they'd artificially inflated the cost to begin with by entering in a higher Tier 2 or 3 interest rate, and then when I was negotiating, entered my Tier 1 credit rate as if it were some sort of discount and not what I was entitled to). I found them very pushy and they seemed to want me to buy a car, any car, THAT DAY just so they'd get their numbers on the last day of the month. They said their "amazing offer" would expire when they closed that day (which was 20 minutes later). The finance person even said at one point "You want a car, and we want a number, so how can we both get what we want today?" Yet there was almost no discussion of what I wanted/needed in a car. They did negotiate the monthly lease price with me, but again, with very little transparency about how they arrived at those numbers. I ultimately had zero faith that they would follow through on anything they were promising me, but I did have confidence that I would find many additional vague charges hidden in a leasing or financing agreement I'd sign with them. Overall: when you think of Woburn Toyota, think of every stereotype of car salesmen. I will never return.
