Communications across the teamwork up and down and fully are seamless and pick up from where left off with no gaps. It is an amazing, big operation run very well. Extremely professional. The people are almost militarisric in the best way possible meant. Every person is doing not just their job but their job plus which connects the entire experience. I drove an hour to get there from Milton to have my Land Cruiser serviced. David, Roger, Michael, plus a very nice lady at the desk. I feel badly I did not catch her name to the gentleman in the valet area who helped me find my daughters "farm animals" after the detailing...and everyone that did this was so together as a teamwork. I dont care even if I am paying more and I dont care that I had closer options. This is worth the drive. Cruiser is running great. They did exactly what I asked and advised me on stuff with honestly that I dont need to do now (but will be back to have them service it later). Excellent experience. 5 stars easily.
