This has to be by far one of the best dealerships around. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I got my first car here 4 years ago and went in to trade in and get a new car this past week. Peter was our sales associate this time around. He was supper helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. He also made sure to reach out after to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. The maintenance team here is also very helpful and honest with all their recommendations. Highly recommend! Will definitely be getting our next vehicles with them!

Had the pleasure of working with Ken Oeun. Reserved a car with him late August, with expected delivery date of December. Somehow the car came in way earlier than expected! Mid September! Even though it came earlier, we were able to pick up and finalize the car the same day it came in. The process was smooth sailing. Highly recommend going in and working with Ken!

I had my car serviced today in Woburn. Richard Wooley was my service advisor. As usual, he was helpful and answered all my questions. Richard is indeed so pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I always request Richard as my service provider as he is the best!

Richard was my service advisor and we courteous and explained everything clearly and had good communication with me about my car as it was being serviced. I bought my car from Woburn Toyota in 2012, it still runs very well and will most likely drive it until it breaks down. Toyota Service Center is lovely and I would reccomend them to anyone.

Last weekend, I came in to check out one of the new Land Cruisers and ended up driving home with it! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Woburn Toyota—the first was back in 2020. You always have the best selection of models with the options I’m looking for. During this visit, I was greeted outside by Jose on a beautiful day. He was pleasant and enthusiastic. Even without an appointment, I was helped immediately. I had spotted the exact Land Cruiser I wanted on your website and hoped to take it for a test drive. Jose quickly grabbed the keys, and after the drive, the rest was history. I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the excellent service. Jose and Gary in sales, along with Jason (and his Frenchie sidekicks) in finance, made the whole process quick and painless. They were all genuinely excited for me, and I truly appreciate that.
