Only one service advisor to deal with all the people checking in and collecting cars. Other assistant managers were just sitting there playing on their mobile phones. The Technician did not turn off the maintenance required notice which is frustrating. Pity, as our previous visits to Woburn Toyota have been much better.

Wow!!! Woburn Toyota sent someone to my house in NH to fix and issue with the windshield wipers! Very professional, worked quickly. Amazing! Local Toyota dealer wanted to charge me $770 for the same thing! Will always go to Woburn Toyota for Service
