I renewed my lease with Jose Vasquez at Woburn Toyota. He was attentive to my needs I wanted for my lease. I would highly recommend Jose if you are looking to buy/lease a car at Woburn Toyota.

I had mixed feelings about my experience ordering parts from Woburn Toyota. First, I really liked their website. It was very easy to navigate, find the part I needed, and place my order. Their prices were also very competitive, which is one of the reasons I chose to order from them. Unfortunately, the disappointment came after I placed my order for a windshield molding. The website showed the part as available for purchase and allowed me to complete the order and select shipping. I later learned that my order had to be canceled because the molding was classified as having a high risk of shipping damage and was available for pickup only. I completely understand a dealership having a policy against shipping certain fragile parts. My issue is that if a part is pickup only, the website should not allow a customer to purchase it for shipping in the first place. The ordering system should identify that restriction before accepting the order and payment. Because it did not, my money was tied up while I waited for the refund before I could purchase this already difficult-to-find part somewhere else. I did contact the parts manager, and I want to give him credit for being very nice and professional when speaking with me. I questioned why a flexible rubber windshield molding could not be shipped, but he explained that it was their policy and stood by it. While I respect that he was courteous, I was still disappointed that there was no effort to find another shipping solution. Overall, Woburn Toyota has a very user-friendly website, good parts pricing, and a courteous parts manager. However, their online ordering system needs to clearly identify parts that are pickup only and prevent customers outside the area from paying for shipping on an order that the dealership knows it will not ship. Fixing that one issue would save customers a lot of unnecessary frustration, canceled orders, and waiting for refunds. Thanks, Rachelle

While we ultimately weren't able to find a vehicle that was the right fit for me, I never felt pressured or pushed into settling for something just to make a sale. Rich was honest, responsive, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right vehicle. I really appreciated his approach, and if the right car had come along, I would have been more than happy to buy it from him. I would absolutely recommend working with Rich if you're in the market for a Toyota.
