My car died unexpectedly a week ago. I wasn’t financially prepared to pour money into it or let alone purchase a new car. I was fortunate to have been directed to Kristina shortly after walking into the dealership. Her and Malcom went above and beyond to set me up with something I can afford that came home with me less than a week later. Jesus who helped us out with the paperwork was awesome to work with as well! An event that filled me with so much dread turned into an incredible experience where I got to buy my first BRAND NEW car.

It was a pleasure working with Gavin throughout the purchase of our Sienna. He was incredibly patient with us throughout the decision-making process, keeping us updated and holding the vehicle for us as it was manufactured and shipped. When it came time to pick it up, Gavin went above and beyond to make the purchase process as smooth and efficient as possible, especially as I was juggling getting two kids to the dealership and ultimately leaving with the new van. We really appreciated his attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to work around our needs. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. The dealership itself is also gorgeous and very family-friendly. The free arcade games and small kids’ room were a huge plus and made the time there much easier with children in tow. We’re very happy with our Sienna and would absolutely recommend working with Gavin!

A Simple Inspection Sticker Service

We dropped off our Rav4 the night before for an oil change, tire rotation, and Mass. inspection sticker. Our Rav4 was ready for pickup the next morning before 09:00am. It was a very pleasant experience.
