Outstanding Customer Service -- Jason and Matt Went Above and Beyond! I want to give a very special thank you to Jason and Matt in the Parts Department at Woburn Toyota for providing truly outstanding customer service. After responding to a message from Woburn Toyota yesterday regarding a previous issue with my order, I spoke with Jason. He listened to my concerns and immediately went to work to make things right. He told me that he would have the part I desperately needed brought in from their Boston warehouse. True to his word, first thing this morning I received a call from Jason with the wonderful news -- he had the part in his hands and I could order it! Matt then went the extra mile to make the process as convenient as possible for me. He put the part number back into Woburn Toyota's online ordering system so I could easily place the order myself. I was also able to add the clips and top molding I needed to my cart. What made this even more incredible is that I had been searching everywhere for this particular part for my 2004 Toyota RAV4. These parts have become extremely difficult to find, and thanks to Jason and Matt, I was able to purchase what appears to be the one and only one I could locate anywhere in the United States! Best of all, Woburn Toyota had everything I needed in one place. After all the searching, phone calls, canceled orders, and frustration I had gone through trying to find these hard-to-find parts, being able to get everything from one Parts Department was such a relief. Jason and Matt didn't simply sell me a part -- they listened, followed through on what they promised, worked together to solve my problem, and turned a disappointing situation into an absolutely wonderful customer-service experience. I cannot thank both of them enough for their kindness, patience, effort, and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. This is exactly how great customer service should be done. Woburn Toyota should be extremely proud to have Jason and Matt representing their Parts Department. Hanny was exceptional and very knowledgeable of the car he sold me! He was especially nice to my 6 year old niece! She loves him and wanted to go back with me when I signed the paperwork just to see him! Paul in finance was personable and fair as well! My niece became part of the front desk staff for a day and she loved it! Shout out to Johan as well for being welcoming and supportive. The entire staff made you feel like family. I had searched around at several Toyota dealerships looking for a Grand Highlander with a specific set of features. I initially went to Woburn Toyota because they had the vehicle I was looking for, but ended up stumbling into a great situation — Woburn Toyota provided about as frictionless of a car-buying experience as I could have asked for. I initially spoke with Will, one of the managers, over the phone before continuing the buying process with Aiman. Both were great to work with. If I had to describe my experience with them, I’d say they were transparent, honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on earning our trust rather than simply making a sale. In an industry where nickel-and-diming and high-pressure sales tactics can be common, Woburn Toyota took a different approach. Aiman in particular was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward, and never made us feel pressured. More than once, I genuinely felt like Aiman was advocating for us internally and doing what he could to get us the best possible outcome, which went a long way in earning our trust. I worked with Aiman who delivered exactly what I wanted without pressuring into anything I didn’t want. I told him upfront I wouldn’t be able to go back-and-forth to the dealership And he said He could deliver the car to me And pick the trade up all at the same time. I was skeptical, but I was in and out of there within a less than 2 hours and he delivered the car as promised. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Toyota Tacoma through Toyota of Woburn, and I can’t say enough positive things about Efe. From the beginning, he was professional, helpful, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond after the sale. Efe checked in with me every day to make sure everything was going smoothly, and he even met me at my out-of-state DMV to make sure my Tacoma was registered in my name without any issues. That level of customer service is something you don’t see every day. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and I would specifically recommend Efe to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We had a very pleasant experience and ended up buying a new car from this dealership a few weeks ago. At some other dealerships, we’ve felt pressured almost immediately after walking in. Here, the atmosphere was completely different. The staff seemed much happier and less stressed, which made the whole experience more comfortable. Sage, our sales agent, was very helpful and patient. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our choice and never made us feel rushed. We wanted a color that wasn’t available in their inventory, but Sage and the team found a car at another dealership that matched our requirements and arranged to have it transported to their location. The entire process, including the paperwork and financing, went smoothly with no surprises. We’re very happy with both the experience and our new car. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especially appreciate Sage’s excellent customer service.

Very long drive to get here but it was worth it! Manale and Keith helped me get the car of my dreams and it was a smooth experience all the way through. Would recommend if you find a car that catches your eye and is a good deal, this is the place to go!
