In response to growing concerns around the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken steps to help protect our team & our guests alike:
As of March 18th, Woburn Toyota and it’s affiliated stores which include Albrecht Autoland Wakefield (Wakefield, MA), Albrecht Autoland North (Nashua, NH), INFINITI of Nashua (Nashua, NH), INFINITI of Norwood (Norwood, MA), Marlboro Nissan (Marlboro, MA), Milford Nissan (Milford, MA), Woburn Toyota (Woburn, MA), Marlboro Body Shop (Marlboro, MA), Milford Body Shop (Milford, MA), Woburn Foreign Autobody (Woburn, MA) will be closing the entire stores (sales, service, parts and body shop) on Sundays. We continue to operate Monday thru Saturday. To see a list of those hours, please visit our contact us page on each of the relevant websites. The hours have been cut down to allow up to take additional precautions needed to keep our stores as sanitized as possible. In addition, we will be taking all safety precautions by sanitizing the dealership through the day.
You should feel safe knowing that our dealerships and body shops are clean and sanitized. However, if you aren’t comfortable coming into the dealership for whatever reason, please call, text, email or DM us any of your questions and we will be happy to help you out. We can complete most all transactions online/over the phone and also have the ability to deliver cars to you for a test drive, drop off and pick up your vehicles for service as well as deliver any paperwork you might need for a transaction. Seriously, whatever you need we are here for you!!!
Below is a list of steps we are taking to ensure you, our employees and our stores remain clear, safe and free of this deadly virus:
SANITIZATION: Our staff will be using the Clorox Total 360 System multiple times during the day to fully disinfect our store. This is being done on top of enhanced evening cleanings. Our team has been instructed to routinely sanitize high touch surface areas throughout the day.
GREETINGS: While it is typically our policy to greet every customer with a warm handshake & a smile, we have advised our team to suspend any physical contact with guests including a handshake and to maintain the appropriate distance from all customers.
EMPLOYEE HEALTH: Our team members will not be allowed to return to work if they have had exposure to a COVID-19 patient until they have self-quarantined & been certified to work by a doctor. If they have traveled to a high impact area or been on a cruise, they will be required to self-quarantine before returning to work. If any of our employees display symptoms of a COVID-19 infection, we will be sending them home for a quarantine period. We are suspending all staff meetings in excess of 6 people & encouraging our team to stay within their direct work areas.
GUEST VEHICLES: Anyone that comes in contact with your vehicle will use rubber gloves and we use EPA certified products to thoroughly wipe down all touchpoints of your vehicle before it’s returned.
SERVICE DROP OFF: We are opening our night drop service 24/7 in order to allow any guest who chooses to do so to drop a vehicle at any time without ever having to be in direct contact with our team. Simply park your vehicle, drop your keys in our night drop inside of a night drop envelope & we will follow up with you via phone or text.
LOANER VEHICLES: All vehicles will be properly cleaned & sanitized between uses.

SERVICE PICKUP AND DELIVERY: At the time of booking your service appointment, just let us know if you would prefer to have your vehicle picked up for service and dropped off to your house or office at no charge.
